Graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1979 in Kharkov, Ukraine. Until 1990 was active as a mechanical designer of automation for polymer processing. From 1994 until the end of 2001 worked for Israeli antenna companies mostly in the capacity of Chief Technologist. The idea of continuous lamination was conceived and first applied at MTI Wireless Edge, Ltd. For further development see Our History section.

Manuel Gonzalez of GMC, Dijon, France

A polymer chemist by trade, a graduate of ESCIL of Lyon, France, since 1981. Manuel compliments our team with over 40 years of a highly trained professional career. His recent 34 years were strictly devoted to RF materials. These years were spent in the high-ranking management positions including General Manager, Business Development Manager, International Marketing Director. The last ten years Manuel spent as VP Marketing of the Nelco company (a division of Park Electrochemical, US) in Lannemezan, France, and later AGC-Multimaterials, Japan. Manuel preserves a footprint of years-proven reputation of the European and other significant world market areas.

Junwei Dong, Ph.D.

Junwei Dong is a Distinguished Professor at Xiangshan Laboratory(XSL). He is also the co-founder of Fragrant Mountain Microwave (F&MM) Co. Ltd. Dr. Dong received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Virginia Tech, USA and have over 15 years working experience in the ICT industry. His research areas include electromagnetic fields and microwaves, electromagnetic waves and life sciences, RF measurements, applied electromagnetism. He has produced more than 30 articles, 70 patents, 100 products, and participated in incubating a few high-tech enterprises.

Qirong Lu

Founder & Chairman of New Century Electrical Manufacturing (Zhongshan) Co.,LTD. He received EMBA master’s degree of Lingnan College in Sun Yat-sen University, and DBA PhD student in Business administration of Jinan University-Toulouse Business School, France. Lu Qirong founded New Century Electrical Manufacturing (Zhongshan) Co.,LTD in 2003. After more than 20 years of deep development, he has established a number of large-scale manufacturing enterprises and successfully invested in a number of scientific and technological innovation enterprises. The investment projects cover ceiling fan. photoelectric technology, motors, new materials, new generation information technology, smart home, real estate development and other industries.

Ravi Kumar Arya, Ph.D.

A Distinguished Professor and Director at Xiangshan Laboratory Wireless Group, Zhongshan Institute of Changchun University of Science and Technology (ZICUST), Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. He received his master’s degree in RF and Microwave Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, and a bachelor’s degree from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India. Before joining ZICUST, he worked for several years in academia and industry. He has published over 80 technical papers in highly-ranked journals and refereed conference proceedings, including 7 book chapters. His research interests include Antenna Design, Computational Electromagnetics, Machine Learning Applications, and 3D modeling.

Sledkov Victor Aleksandrovich

Victor holds PhD from Southern Federal University (SFU), Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation since 1976.
 Victor authored more than 50 well-refereed publications in the most reputable journals and conference proceeding and 36 patents.
 Most of Victor’s career he was engaged in the capacities of Leading Research Fellow, Chief Antenna Engineer and Chief Scientist.
He is currently a director of VASANT Ltd., Wellington, New Zealand.
Victor’s research interests include development multi beam and multi band antennas for wireless communication.

Frank Alberto, Engineer, Technical Expert

Frank is a degreed engineer with a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a MS from University of Massachusetts Amherst School of Engineering. 

Frank’s background includes over 30 years in Printed Circuit Board fabrication including all aspects of engineering, quality, Global Commodity Management, Product Development, operations and executive management. 

This experience was garnered through positions with Hadco, Sanmina, and Sun Microsystems.

Frank has another 12 years of experience in Copper Clad Laminates manufacturing and operations through positions he held with Park Electrochemical, US, and AGC, Japan. 

Coupled with the work experience of over 10 years of foreign work assignments in China, Malaysia, and Singapore where he was Managing Director of PCB and CCL Companies. Frank's unique background as both a producer of CCL and RF materials and a user of these materials in PCB fabrication brings value to Pure Blue RF customers in terms of defining design considerations of materials to suit the PCB fabrication process as his extensive experience gives him a customer perspective and allows to facilitate troubleshooting and problem solving at the customer level.

Israel Siboni, Engineer, Partner

Graduated ORT Braude University in 2004 as an electronics engineer after being trained in engineering of avionics and telecommunication systems maintenance for the Israel Defense Force Shortly after the graduation joined Israel Aircraft Industries as electromagnetic engineer, advanced to a group leader. In 2007 founded CELLTEST that specializes in RF Assessment & Compliance for base station antennas. In 2013 formed with Valery Sivolam (PureBlue) company. Served in the GM capacity.
