Welcome to PureBlueRF Polymer Innovation

Disruptive Polymers for Ultimate Connectivity

Special in our development is causing the polyolefin blends becoming highly cross-linked and thus gaining a substantially elevated heat survivability.

Polypropylene, our friend since 2001-2002, with melting point of 165 °C, after blending and cross-linking may survive 3-minute exposition to 330 °C

Interestingly, a similar 30 mil thick FR-4 sample leaves the test oven on the same very tray completely carbonized and broken into layers of glass.

PureBlue BF-260-30 wins 330 degrees C competition over FR-4 - 30 mil FR-4 leaves the battlefield completely pyrolyzed
Irradiation Levels BF-280-30

Three vertical columns of different irradiation levels BF-260-30 show some discoloration as a function of exposition time.

FR-4 control sample on the top of each column shows more intensive discoloration after 90 seconds exposition.

The longer expositions bring the FR-4 sample to pyrolyze.
